How can I delete my account ?

Should you wish to delete your account and permanently erase your personal data, our customer service team is ready to assist you. Rest assured, we will manage the process of deleting your Pixum user account on your behalf.

• Please email us at service@pixum.com using the email address with which you are registered at Pixum. Our team is eager to help you through this process.
• Once the deletion is complete, we will send you an email confirmation. This step applies even if you have only used the Pixum App or the Photo World Software before.

When you initiate the deletion of your Pixum customer account, all preferences specified in your profile, images within your online photo albums, and any photo projects - both created and ordered - that are saved in your account, will be permanently removed.

Tip: Should your account be deleted, you still have the option to open a new account in the future. Simply set up a new profile with a unique username and password. However, please be aware that once your old account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved or restored.

Before you decide to deactivate your account, consider whether it might be sufficient to simply put your profile on hold and use it again later. By doing so, you can retain several advantages that your Pixum Account offers:
