First, you need to download the free Pixum Photo World software to your computer, if you have not already done so. Step by step, the software guides you through the design process all the way to the shopping cart, where you can finally place your order.

Next, you must select the calendar format under "Products". Choose whichever one you like best. If you opt for a basic design template which you can then alter, you can enter all of those important birthday dates. Make sure that the calendar format you choose also highlights birthdays. You can check this by using the pre-selection pane, if you move the mouse over the design, or you see it in the preview. Once you've entered the birthdays, they are saved on the Pixum photo world software and are also used for your other photo calendars if you clicked on that option. If the design you selected cannot display those important birthday dates, you can simply select another design and the birthdays will be visible again. In this example, the Classic wall calendar in A3 was chosen with glossy photo paper, but the software still offers a whole range of other variants.

Many of the calendar formats make it possible for you to enter the name of the person whose birthday you want to enter, but you have also got the option to have a photo appear on that particular day. This will give you a quick overview of whom you need to congratulate this month. And if all your nephews are named Paul, there won't be any confusion!

The photos can be imported directly into the photo world software along with the person's name. These will be saved in case you make any design changes.
